Dr Al Condi writes, in an article found here, at the Standard:

"Doping is mainly done by the World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada), the International Federations (IFs) and the National Anti-Doping Organisation (Nados)."

Did we mention the parties coming up, at these World Summits and World Conferences Real rice-throwing affairs??

NO: this is a serious blog... Let's presume that the good Doctor meant 'Doping controls are ...'

We'd hate to have WADA take notice of us...
